Information Gathering And Usage

When you register for TXTSignal.com Messaging we ask for information such as your name, email address, billing address, and credit card information. Members who sign up for the free account are not required to enter a credit card.

TXTSignal.com uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.

Cookies

A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive.

Cookies are required to use the TXTSignal.com Messaging service.

We use cookies to record current session information, but do not use permanent cookies. You are required to log-in to your TXTSignal.com Messaging account after a certain period of time has elapsed to protect you against others accidentally accessing your account contents.

Client Data Storage

Although TXTSignal.com owns the data storage, databases and all rights to the TXTSignal.com Messaging application, you retain all rights to your data. An export of your data is available, at no cost. Data can be exported directly from your Account Tab, or requests for data exports can be sent to support@txtsignal.com. Data exports are provided in a .csv file format.

Disclosure

TXTSignal.com may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.

Changes

TXTSignal.com may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Messaging primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.

SMS Program

TXTSignal.com offers their customers mobile access to their messages over SMS. Enrollment requires the recipient providing a mobile phone number. The mobile phone number's verification is done by responding to a confirmation message upon sign up. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Customers will be allowed to opt out of this program at any time.

To Stop The Program:
To stop the messages coming to your phone, you can opt out of the program via SMS. Just text the word "STOP" to: 94033. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. After that, you will receive no future messages.
